Product Description
◆ Using AirTAC cylinders (users can also choose German Festo cylinders) and solenoid valves, the work efficiency, reliability, and accuracy are greatly improved, the installation is convenient.
◆ Adopting German IFM signal transmission switch, IV5014IVE4015-CPKG is of reliable quality, ensuring the accuracy of the signal.
◆ The valve body is made of: QT600-3 ductile iron or 304 stainless steel. It is formed by casting. After aging treatment, the route housing is made of cast aluminum, which is light in weight and easy to install and maintain.
THFX series plug reversing valve (also known as double-way valve, two way valve) is mainly used in pneumatic conveying system to change the conveying direction of powdery materials or fine granular materials in the pipeline, and achieve the switching and pressure feeding of one kind of material under the state of conveying materials to different locations. During the implementation of project, according to the process design requirements, it can be flexibly combined and used in the pneumatic pressure conveying system to send a material to multiple different locations. The installation method fully considers the current status of the industry and the installation is easy to install.
The pneumatic conveying method can ensure that there is no residual material in the pipeline and is more and more popular with users.
